The
Heath Group has completed assignments of thousands of properties,
primarily in the
Five Southern California Counties of Los Angeles,
Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and San
Diego. We have also appraised
properties in most counties in Northern California,
Arizona and Nevada, at
our customers’ request.
Our segregated cost studies have been completed on properties
located across the country to include auto dealerships in
Hawaii, Arizona, New York and especially California. We have
also completed cost studies on 25 retail centers located
in thirteen mid-western and south eastern states. Other type
properties covered in this segment of our business include
hotels, office buildings, bio-tech buildings, recreation
vehicle dealerships, manufacturing plants, medical office
and corporate headquarter facilities.
We now have a representative
located in Jacksonville, Florida. Larry
Durbin lives and works out of this area and completes
assignments for The Heath Group in the eastern United States.
Our
Fractional Interest Assignments have included assets located
in Hawaii,
Virginia, Arizona and other states by referencing
real property appraisals completed by others. |
